Consultant Analyst & Computer Science Student — Palermo, Italy

I am 19 years old and have a genuine passion for computer science, born during the diploma I obtained in July 2025 with a grade of 84/100. After graduating, I started an internship as a Consultant Analyst at Aubay, which was later converted into an apprenticeship, where I gained skills in customer request management, CRM and ticketing, SAP, data entry, problem solving, and customer communication.

Starting in September 2026, I will continue my studies with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the University of Palermo, while continuing to develop my practical skills alongside my studies. I am organized, disciplined, and committed to continuous improvement, with the goal of growing professionally by combining academic education and hands-on experience.
